Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. For multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the period begins upon possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARCHV – Inhaber:in Elena Roman, Angerstr. 22, 40593 Düsseldorf, Deutschland, e-mail: info@archv.eu) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (e.g. personalised or custom-made items).
