Note: Independently of the returns process described here, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The full withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form can be found on the “Right of Withdrawal” page.

How to return

  1. Inform us of your return or withdrawal (by e-mail to info@archv.eu or via the withdrawal form).
  2. Pack the goods securely and frank the return shipment.
  3. Send the goods to the following address:
    ARCHV, Angerstr. 22, 40593 Düsseldorf, Deutschland

You bear the cost of the return.

Refund: We refund the purchase price without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return.

Condition of the goods

Please return the goods as complete and unworn as possible. We may claim compensation for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics.

Damaged or defective goods

If the goods are damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us at info@archv.eu. Independently of the right of withdrawal, your statutory warranty rights apply in full and are not limited by our returns policy.
